Appointments
Our office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 am - 12:00 pm on Saturday. We would like you to call ahead for an appointment to ensure that you are getting the care you and your pet need.
For you and your pet's safety, we ask that dogs be on a leash and cats be in a carrier. If you forgot your leash, please come in first and we can loan you one for your visit.
Emergencies
If you have an emergency during regular business hours, please try and call first so we can prepare for your arrival.
If you have an AFTER HOURS emergency, please call our clinic at 605.662.7838. The answering machine will give you the pager number for the doctor on call. In the event that no doctor is available, please call the Animal Clinic of Rapid City's 24 hour Emergency Service at 605.721.0789
Payment
We require payment in full at time of services. We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, travelers checks and money orders.
